Zach Bennett

FOUNDER

Zach Bennett is the owner of ZB Electrical & Generators. He has been an electrician for over 15 years. He has done electrical services in residential, commercial, industrial, and even nuclear power plants. Zach’s broad range of experience has given him the tools to provide customers with safe, reliable, and prompt electrical solutions. He strives to build lasting relationships with his customers. In his free time, he loves to hunt, fish, hang out with family and volunteer at church.

Summer Bennett

Director of Operations

Summer Bennett is our Director of Operations at ZB Electrical & Generators. She holds both a Bachelor and Masters degree from University of Louisiana at Monroe. With background as a paralegal, executive assistant, and former teacher in Ouachita Parish, Summer's diverse experiences have significantly enriched our team at ZB Electrical & Generators, allowing her to elevate her passion for learning and teaching. Summer enjoys developing relationships and is dedicated to serving her community. In her free time, you can find Summer spending time with her daughter and family as well as attending church.


Destiny Griffin

Operations Specialist

Destiny Griffin serves as the Operations Specialist at ZB Electrical & Generators, where she plays a key role in keeping daily operations organized and running smoothly. Based in Monroe, Louisiana, Destiny is known for her exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and dedication to supporting both the office team and field technicians. She helps ensure that every project, from scheduling and estimates to customer service and follow-ups, is handled with excellence and efficiency. Passionate about teamwork and growth, Destiny takes pride in upholding ZBEG’s mission of “Spreading Light in Every Connection.” Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, being active in her community, and continuing to develop her leadership skills.


Bryan Stansbury

Journeyman Electrician

Bryan Stansbury is a Journeyman Electrician with ZB Electrical & Generators. He has been an electrician for over six years. Bryan began his journey as an electrician in the United States Army and served in Iraq as a part of Operation Inherent Resolve, providing electrical expertise for the region. Bryan has experience in residential, commercial, and industrial environments. Bryan lives by the values that were instilled in him in the military: loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage. In his free time, Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, playing music, and serving as the student pastor at his local church.

Connor Copeland

Lead Electrician

Connor Copeland is a skilled electrician based in Monroe, Louisiana, and a valued member of the team at ZB Electrical & Generators. Known for his strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to excellence, Connor takes pride in providing customers with safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical service. Whether he’s troubleshooting complex electrical issues or helping install top-of-the-line home generators, Connor approaches every project with precision and care. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, and contributing to the local Monroe community.

Sawyer Smith

Apprentice Electrician / Generator Technician

Sawyer Smith is an Apprentice Electrician at ZB Electrical & Generators. Sawyer is currently navigating the exciting challenges of his electrical apprenticeship. In this early stage of his career, Sawyer is immersing himself in a wide range of electrical systems and techniques, all while working closely with experienced Journeyman Electricians who share their invaluable knowledge and skills. Sawyer brings construction experience in hospital maintenance and home remodeling to add to his suite of skills. Sawyer strives to serve customers with a Christ-like attitude and integrity. Sawyer also specializes in videography at his church as well as with ESPN. In his free time, Sawyer loves to hunt, fish, hang out with his wife and dog, and serve at his church.


Ben McCann

Apprentice Electrician / Install Technician

Ben McCann is an Apprentice Electrician at ZB Electrical & Generators. Ben brings three years of electrical experience. He has done electrical services ranging from new construction in both residential and commercial, home/ business remodeling, building additions and troubleshooting. Ben’s electrical experience has given him the tools to provide customers with safe, reliable, and prompt electrical solutions. He strives to build lasting relationships with every customer he meets. In his free time, Ben enjoys working on his truck and other outdoor equipment, spending time with his family and his girlfriend, and serving within the young adult ministry of his church.

Logan Welch

Apprentice Electrician

Logan Welch is an apprentice electrician from Delhi, Louisiana, currently training with ZB Electrical & Generators. Logan is passionate about learning the electrical trade and building a strong foundation for a long-term career in the industry. Known for his positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dependable work ethic, he’s quickly becoming a trusted part of the ZBEG team. Logan takes pride in helping deliver safe, professional, and high-quality electrical service to every customer. When he’s not on the job, he enjoys spending time outdoors, working with his hands, and investing in his personal and professional growth.
